25 flavors, but we want more

We’ve developed 25 flavors in our first year in business! The credit for this largely falls on our Head of Production, Olivia Verschoof.  It is likely you’ve never seen Olivia, because she’s in early and out of the way before we open our doors.  

Olivia has great ideas and a great natural sense for developing the right flavor, but we’ve enjoyed hearing the many interesting flavor ideas that our patrons have brought to us—not only that—we want to help bring those flavors to life.

Starting in November and throughout the winter months, we want to help you develop your ice cream.  I don’t know exactly what this will look like, but it will likely involve you, a few of your friends, your flavor combinations, and a little guidance on our part.  We’ll be putting some legs to this concept throughout the coming weeks—look for more information in our November Newsletter!

While we work on this, you go mark your calendar with a little reminder to bring the family in on Halloween! It's our last day of the season and we are going out with a bang! It's been a great summer and we are excited to celebrate with our fans.
